OPERATION & MAINTENANCE and RETROFITTING SERVICES

MTeKPro offers Operation & Maintenance and Retrofitting services for Substations, Oil & Gas Plants, and Process Plants, as well as various commercial establishments like Shopping Malls, Hospitals, Hotels, Business Centers, Residential Complexes, and Corporate Houses.

In case of equipment failure, corrective maintenance activities are immediately undertaken.

Our services also include Operation & Maintenance during circuit and supply outages, as well as troubleshooting, repair, and re-commissioning.

We offer Retrofitting services that replace outdated systems with updated ones and can upgrade your old standards to the latest ones.

Our Retrofit Solutions include replacing old electromechanical relays with numerical relays compatible with the latest protocol, such as IEC 61850. We can also retrofit numerical relays, disturbance recorders, and event loggers in control and relay panels, and modify circuits according to the retrofitted device scheme.

SCADA/SUBSTATION AUTOMATION SERVICES YOYK ENERGY Provides Solutions for SUBSTATION Automation System and Scada Adaption System

Connecting field signals to RTU and transmitting them to the master control centre is the first step in bringing a new SCADA system online.

Our team prepares essential engineering documents like single-line diagrams, control room layouts, bills of materials, I/O lists, cable schedules, and adaptation schedules. We provide as-built drawings in both PDF and CAD formats.

We’re experienced in panel erection, cable laying, and termination for existing and new substations. Our team also handles the configuration, testing, and commissioning of RTU to obtain SAT certification from customers.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES
